Before these dark mocha Cactus Jack kicks hit the shelves, Scott teamed up with NBA legend Dennis Rodman for a whimsical commercial celebrating the release.
The ad playfully nods to Willy Wonka as a lucky fan discovers a golden ticket inside their shoe box, granting them access to the North Pole’s Cactus Jack sneaker factory.
The commercial, shot from the fan’s perspective, showcases the magical inner workings of Travis Scott’s creative empire. Upon arrival, they’re greeted by Rodman, who takes on the role of an eccentric tour guide.
The ride turns chaotic as they crash into Scott’s office, interrupting him mid-work. “Dammit! Damn Dennis, it’s the third time this week, bruh,” Scott exclaims, before welcoming the starstruck fan to his imaginative world.
Interestingly, Scott and Rodman’s collaboration marks a full-circle moment. Their partnership comes after Rodman once accused Scott of mimicking his backward swoosh sneaker design. Now, they’ve set differences aside to deliver this festive treat to fans.
